SC Seeks Union’s Stand on Lifetime Disqualification of MPs/MLAs Upon Conviction - (11 Feb 2025)

ELECTION

Supreme Court while hearing a public interest litigation seeking lifetime disqualification of MPs/MLAs upon conviction in criminal offences, has sought the response of Union of India and Election Commission upon the same.
