Kar. HC: Can Quash Cr. Proceedings on Basis of Witness Statements only in Rare Cases - (10 Feb 2025)

Karnataka High Court has observed that criminal proceedings can be quashed on the basis of witness proceedings only under rare and exceptional circumstances when such statements would clearly indicate a further proceeding to become an abuse of the process.
