Gujarat High Court: Offences Under NDPS Act Have a Cascading Effect - (07 Feb 2025)

Gujarat High Court while denying bail to an individual booked under NDPS Act, has observed that these offence have a cascading effect and are in vogue these days, thus destroying the capabilities and lives of a substantial chunk of the population and trend has been growing over the years.
