SC Refuses to Interfere in Police Investigation regarding Exploitation of Women in Malayalam Cinema - (07 Feb 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has refused to interfere in police investigation regarding the sexual exploitation of women in the Malayalam cinema field, that is based on depositions by witnesses/victims before the Justice Hema Committee.
