SC: Public Servant Acquitted in Criminal Proceedings May Still Face Departmental Inquiry - (07 Feb 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has observed that if in a corruption case, a public servant is acquitted due to lack of evidence, such public servant may still face a departmental inquiry.
