Gujarat HC: Must Remove Videos of Court Proceedings after Some Time - (06 Feb 2025)

Gujarat High Court has opined that the videos of the Court proceedings are required to be removed from the YouTube after a specific period, however left the matter on the discretion of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
