SC Reprimands Party for Allegation that Court Recorded Statement Even though it was Not Made - (06 Feb 2025)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has reprimanded the Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd. for making an allegation against the Court that it recorded statement by a lawyer even though the statement was never made and stated that such tendency on the part of the applicants is deprecated.
