Delhi HC: Arbitrator Must Primarily Decide Construction of Terms of Contract - (05 Feb 2025)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that it is primarily for the Arbitrator to decide construction of the terms of the contract unless it is found that such construction is not possible at all.
