Cal. HC: Once Funds of PF are Transferred to Statutory Fund, Employees Can’t Claim a Separate Share - (04 Feb 2025)

SERVICE

Calcutta High Court has observed that once funds of a provident fund trust are transferred to the statutory Provident Fund, employees cannot claim a separate share from the “Reserve & Surplus” fund after receiving full dues.
