SC Issues Notice on Petition Challenging Amendment to Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961 - (04 Feb 2025)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has issued notice to Centre and the Election Commission of India in a petition challenging amendments made to the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961 that seek to restrict people's right to access election related records.
