Delhi High Court: Voluntary Retirement Can’t be Withheld Indefinitely in Absence of Valid Grounds - (03 Feb 2025)

Delhi High Court has observed that voluntary retirement of an employee cannot be withheld indefinitely by an employer without valid grounds and clarified that employer must communicate rejection before expiration of notice period of such employee.
