Delhi High Court: DSLSA to Devise Framework to Monitor Appearance of Legal Aid Counsels - (03 Feb 2025)

Delhi High Court has stated that Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) shall devise a framework to address situations where a legal aid counsel fails to appear for two consecutive dates in a case, ensuring that timely and effective steps are taken to safeguard the interests of the litigants.
