SC: Trial Courts Repeatedly Committing Mistakes in Conviction under Section 304-B of IPC - (03 Feb 2025)

CRIMINAL

SC has observed it has repeatedly laid down and explained the ingredients of the offence under Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860. But, the Trial Courts are committing the same mistakes repeatedly and it is for the State Judicial Academies to step in.
