Supreme Court Grants Relief to Part-Time Sweepers Appointed on Regular Posts - (03 Feb 2025)

Supreme Court while granting relief of regular pay to sweepers appointed on temporary basis to regular posts, has stated that the designation 'part-time' sweepers does not affect the validity of appointment since they were appointed against sanctioned posts.
