SC: Every Member of Armed Forces Who Gets Disability Pension Need Not be Dragged to the Court - (31 Jan 2025)

SERVICE

SC has stated that appeals are being filed by Centre challenging orders wherein benefit of disability pension has been granted to members of armed forces when they are invalidated after working for several years. Each and every member who gets such relief need not be dragged to this Court.
