P&H HC: Before Issuing Notice to Lawyer for Misconduct, SBC must Have ‘Reason to Believe’ - (31 Jan 2025)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has clarified that before issuing notice to lawyer for professional or other misconduct, the State Bar Council must have “reason to believe”.
