SC Set to Decide if Property of Accused under PC Act Can be Seized or Frozen - (31 Jan 2025)

Supreme Court is set to decide whether property of an accused under Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 can be seized or frozen under Section 102 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
