NCLAT Dismisses Appeal against Order Rejecting Application u/s 9 of IBC against Hindustan Unilever - (30 Jan 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has dismissed an appeal filed against an order that rejected an application under section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 filed against Hindustan Unilever Limited on the ground that the claims were time-barred and there was a pre-existing dispute.
