SC: Union to Give Data on Cases Registered under Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act - (30 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has directed the Central Government to provide data on criminal cases registered against Muslim men under the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 for pronouncement of triple talaq.
