Raj. HC: Live-In-Relationship Agreement is Liable to be Registered by Competent Authority - (30 Jan 2025)

Rajasthan High Court has held that live-in-relationship agreement is liable to be registered by the Competent authority/ Tribunal, which is required to be established by the Government.
