Madras HC Rejects Application by Netflix to Reject Suit by Actor Dhanush - (29 Jan 2025)

Madras High Court has dismissed an application filed by Netflix's Indian entity Los Gatos that sought rejection of plaint filed by actor Dhanush in matter regarding copyright infringement by Actor Nayanthara.
