Ker. HC: Can’t Reject Plea of Organ Transplantation due to Perception of Commercial Transaction - (29 Jan 2025)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Kerala High Court has observed that each application of organ transplantation has to be carefully considered on its own merits. It cannot be based on a generalised perception of the existence of large-scale commercial transactions.
