SC Directs Creation of Additional Posts in Advocates' Association Bengaluru - (29 Jan 2025)

ELECTION

Supreme Court while modifying its order reserving posts for women in Advocates' Association Bengaluru, has directed that additional posts shall be created to accommodate individuals who had filed nominations by the time the order was passed.
