Del. HC Allows Postmortem Sperm Retrieval of Man Who Committed Suicide - (28 Jan 2025)

Delhi High Court while hearing a plea seeking preservation of a man’s semen through Postmortem Sperm Retrieval (PMSR), has allowed the procedure to be performed on the deceased’s body.
