Del. HC: Issue of Making Subjects Mandatory Part of Curriculum is in the Realm of Policy Making - (28 Jan 2025)

Delhi High Court while hearing a public interest litigation seeking direction to make "Health and Yoga Science" a mandatory part of curriculum in schools, has observed that the issue falls under the realm of policy making and has to be dealt with by experts.
