SC: Calculation of Limitation for Refund of Stamp Duty to Begin from Execution of Cancellation Deed - (28 Jan 2025)

LIMITATION

Supreme Court while directing refund of stamp duty to flat owners which was rejected on the ground of limitation, has observed that period of limitation shall begin from the from the date of execution of the cancellation deed.
