Supreme Court Flags Misuse of Section 144 of CrPC - (28 Jan 2025)

Supreme Court while flagging the misuse of Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has stated that the tendency to issue order under Section 144 when there is a protest or demonstration sends wrong signals.
