NCLAT: Can’t Condone Delay Beyond 15 Days in Filing Appeal - (27 Jan 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that as per proviso under Section 61(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 delay in filing appeal beyond 15 days cannot be condoned.
