Del. HC: Releasing Pleadings & Documents to Media before Consideration of Court is Not Acceptable - (27 Jan 2025)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Delhi High Court while hearing a criminal contempt case, has observed that habit of releasing pleadings and documents to the media even before Courts have had the opportunity to consider the same is also not acceptable as it tends to prejudice the parties.
