Ker. HC: Implicating Doctor under POCSO for Not Reporting Crime is Injustice - (27 Jan 2025)

Kerala High Court has stated that doctors mechanically arrayed as accused with the aid of Section 19 of the POCSO Act is nothing but absolute injustice and puts the doctors under mental trauma of criminal prosecution.
