Bom. HC Stays Suspension of Female Advocate for Total Disregard to Principles of Natural Justice - (27 Jan 2025)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court has stayed an order passed by the Bar Council of India (BCI) suspending the license of a female advocate and stated that there has been a total disregard to principles of natural justice while dealing with the complaint against the advocate.
