SC Constitutes SIT to Investigate if NOIDA Authorities Paid Excess Compensation to Landowners - (27 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) for investigating and examining whether the officers of NOIDA paid excess compensation for land acquisition to certain land owners and whether the overall functioning of NOIDA lacks transparency.
