Supreme Court: Verification Process to Identify Fake Lawyers Must Be Expedited - (27 Jan 2025)

Supreme Court while hearing a transfer petition by Bar Council of India has expressed concern over delay in verification of advocates and has stated that the verification drive must be expedited.
