SC: Post of Treasurer to Be Exclusively Earmarked For Women in Bengaluru Advocates' Association - (27 Jan 2025)

Supreme Court while invoking its powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of India, has directed that the post of Treasurer for the purposes of Bengaluru Advocates' Association elections shall be exclusively earmarked for women candidates.
