Del. HC: Restriction u/s 37 of NDPS Act Cannot take Precedence Over Accused’s Right u/a 21 - (24 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has stated that restrictions on grant of bail given under section 37 of NDPS Act cannot take precedence over the accused’s rights guaranteed under Article 21 of Constitution of India.
