Del. HC: While Calculating Compensation, Family Pension Paid to Deceased’s Family Cannot be Deducted - (24 Jan 2025)

Delhi High Court has observed that while calculating compensations towards 'Loss of Dependency' payable under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the family pension received by deceased’s family cannot be deducted.
