Bombay HC: Use of Loudspeakers is Not an Essential Part of Any Religion - (24 Jan 2025)

ENVIRONMENT

Bombay HC has held that noise is a major health hazard on various aspects and no one can claim that his rights are affected in any manner if he is denied a permission to use loudspeaker. Use of loudspeakers is not an essential part of any religion.
