SC to Pass Orders on Recording Appearances of Advocates in Cases - (24 Jan 2025)

Supreme Court while hearing a Miscellaneous Application jointly filed by the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association (SCAORA) has stated that it will pass orders on recording appearances of advocates in cases.
