SC: Can’t Discard Testimony of Witness Merely Because of Relation with Victim - (24 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has stated that the law nowhere states that the evidence of the interested witness should be discarded altogether. The law only warrants that their evidence should be scrutinized with care and caution.
