Supreme Court Refers Question of Modification of Arbitral Awards to Larger Bench - (24 Jan 2025)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has referred the question whether arbitral awards can be modified by Courts under Section 34 and 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to a 5 judge constitution bench.
