Del. HC: Foreigners Can’t Seek Release from “Executive Detention” by Invoking Foreigners Act - (23 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has held that release from ‘executive detention’ imposed by the Central Government cannot be sought by a foreign national by invoking Section 14 and Section 14A of the Foreigners Act, 1946 under bail proceedings.
