Ker. HC: Can’t Say Sexual Abuse Survivor is of Deviant Character Merely because he Smokes - (23 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court while upholding the conviction of accused under Section 377 of IPC for sexually abusing a minor boy, has observed that merely because the sexual abuse survivor smokes, it cannot be said that he is of a deviant character.
