Kerala HC: Diocese Not Entitled to Claim Compensation for Death of Deceased Priest - (21 Jan 2025)

TRUSTS AND SOCIETIES

Kerala High Court while hearing an appeal filed by insurance company against the grant of insurance money to the Diocese over the death of a priest from road accident, has held that Diocese is not entitled to claim compensation for the death of a deceased priest.
