SC: Cannot Declare Judgement of High Court Illegal Under Article 32 of COI - (21 Jan 2025)

CIVIL

SC has held that a HC judgment cannot be declared illegal under Article 32 of the Constitution of India and if parties are aggrieved by a judgment they can either file a petition/application for recall of the said order/judgment or challenge the same by way of a petition under Article 136 of COI.
