NCLAT: Can Replace Authorised Representative by Following Procedure Provided under CIRP Regulations - (20 Jan 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that an application before the Adjudicating Authority to replace the Authorised Representative cannot be entertained because the Authorised Representative can be replaced by following the procedure given under Regulation 16(3A) of the CIRP Regulations.
