Ker HC: Can’t Lay Down Ratio that Allegations against Relatives of Husband are to be Viewed as False - (20 Jan 2025)

Kerala High Court has stated that it is not possible to lay down a ratio that allegations against the relatives of the husband under Section 498A of IPC are generally to be viewed as false as a thumb rule and to drop proceedings against them, without addressing the allegations.
