Cal. HC: Once Seat of Arbitration is Designated it is to be Treated as Exclusive Jurisdiction - (20 Jan 2025)

ARBITRATION

Calcutta High Court has held that once seat of arbitration has been designated in an agreement then that seat has to be treated as the exclusive jurisdiction for all the arbitration proceedings.
