SC: High Time that Investigating Agencies are Sensitised About Law Laid Down u/s 306 of IPC - (20 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

SC has observed that it is time that investigating agencies are sensitised to the law laid down by this Court under Section 306 of IPC so that persons are not subjected to abuse of process of a totally untenable prosecution.
