NCLAT: Can File App. u/s 7 of IBC when Entire Liability Not Discharged after Selling Pledged Shares - (17 Jan 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that an application under section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 can be filed when the entire liability of the corporate debtor is not discharged after selling the pledged shares.
