Guj. HC: Machines Used for Welding in Residential Society is Nuisance - (17 Jan 2025)

CRIMINAL

Gujarat High Court while hearing a matter concerning nuisance caused by a welding machine being operated at the outskirts of a residential society, has stated that it is nuisance if machines are used for welding in a residential society.
